【中文摘要】 報導了菌糠在雙孢蘑菇菌種生產中的應用效果。結果表明 :菌糠是代替一部分麥粒制作蘑菇菌種的好材料 ,麥粒 :菌糠比為 10 0∶4 0 ,10 0∶6 0和 10 0∶80的配比比較適合蘑菇菌絲生長 ,其中麥粒 :菌糠比為 10 0∶6 0時表現最好。

【英文摘要】 The application effect of edible fungi culture matter on Agaricus bisporus strain production was discussed in this paper.Results showed that edible fungi culture matter was a better material for mushroom strain production,which could take the place of some wheat grain.When the ratios of wheat grain and edible fungi culture matter were 100 to 40,100 to 60 and 100 to 80,they were fitter for the growth of mycelium.Of those,the ratio of 100 to 60 was the best.
