【中文摘要】 中國牛肝菌種質(zhì)資源非常豐富 ,尤以我國西南和華南地區(qū)食用牛肝菌資源最為豐富。本文列出已知的 199種食用牛肝菌及其在國內(nèi)各省區(qū)的分布 ,并注明了有疑問的可食用牛肝菌種類。

【英文摘要】 The species resources of bolete are very rich in China, especially in the Southwest and South of China.A list of 199 species of edible boletes and their distributions in China is presented in this paper and the suspicious edible species are given clear indications.
